西塢食品廠有限公司秉持著精研改造台灣傳統休閒食品製作技藝精神，發揚國人傳統休閒食品的使命，成立於1974年；西塢食品為一個以食品製造、銷售為主的多元化企業；集食品生產機具科研、休閒食品研發以及代理市場行銷、國際貿易與食品代加工等業務於一體。


30餘年來，本著『品質第一』、『健康美味』、『創新研發』的經營理念，在各式傳統休閒食品製作工藝的領域上融入自動化科技與現代化管理規範，大幅提升各式傳統休閒食品之產量與品質，造福廣大消費群眾，成為產能雄厚，工藝技術超群，外銷海內外的專業生產基地。


目前公司底下，除了專業沙琪瑪製造生產外，並增設鳳梨酥和特色水果酥生產線，在海內外皆獲得不錯的評價，近年致力於開發融入台灣各地特產之特色口味手工蛋捲，將傳統台灣食品融入新穎在地特色，期望給予顧客對於傳統零食全新的口感和刺激，並獲得廣大消費市場的認同。


在過去二十多年的日子裡，更成立國際貿易部門，將台灣傳統休閒食品外銷到世界各個角落，並引進代理各類糖果餅乾，經營海內外現代通路經營，讓廣大消費群眾可以享受到健康美味優質之點心。
